I have helped thousands of people around the
world build substantial and profitable businesses. |
Who can you turn to as a Mentor or Sounding Board?
When one of your employees encounters a challenging situation or needs answers to a unique situation, they turn to you for
assistance in resolving the issue. But, as the business owner, who do you turn
to when you are faced with irregular issues that crop up from time to time while
running your business? Who can you call upon to act as a sounding board when
considering a specific plan of action relating to your business who has the
knowledge and experience to provide meaningful feedback? And who can you turn to
when you need answers right now?
The definition of a Mentor: A Mentor is usually older and more
experienced, who provides advice and support to, and watches over and fosters
the progress of, a younger, less experienced person. A mentor has knowledge
and experience in an area and shares it with the person being mentored.
The definition of a Sounding Board: A Sounding Board is person or group
who gives feedback on preliminary ideas before they are considered for further
development.
One of the benefits of buying a
franchise is that in addition to the initial training provided to the franchisee
by the franchisor, the franchisor provides ongoing support -- including
continuing coaching to its franchisees. In return, the franchisee pays a
substantial initial franchise fee of several thousand dollars and an ongoing
royalty ranging from 4% to 7% of his or her gross sales every month -- an amount
that can add up to several thousand dollars annually. Obviously, thousands of
franchisees believe it's worth that kind of investment in order to access the
franchisor's experience and guidance if and when needed.
There is a
Plethora of Information and Resources
There are plenty of people offering advice on this and other industries on the
Web. "Members-only" sites have popped up over the last few years and, for
a monthly or annual subscription fee, you can access their forums and blogs.
There is a trade association and even a magazine geared specifically to the
residential cleaning industry. Then of course there are the social
networking sites where people can share ideas. Some of the advice is good,
and a lot of it not so good. I think we've all heard the old axiom, "free
advice is worth what you pay for it." There are exceptions, of course, but
its listener beware for sure.
One-Size-Fits-All
Isn't What Personal Coaching Should Be About
There's a difference between general coaching and personal one-on-one coaching,
and each has its place. Personal coaching or mentoring should deal with
YOUR specific issues in a timely fashion. The answer to YOUR particular
issue may require a modified or totally different solution than would apply to
someone else's situation. If you have a challenge today, having it
addressed at some future scheduled time won't help you today or tomorrow.

personal Coach, Mentor and Sounding Board for a fraction of what franchise
owners pay their franchisor.
I
have nearly five decades of experience in starting and growing businesses and I
have faced virtually
every
challenge
a business owner might encounter. In fact, many of those years were spent
coaching my franchisees in two different service industries. I have guided
both franchise owners and independent business people in 56 different countries
-- including over 2,700 with our House Cleaning Biz 101 program to date.
Now
I am offering a
subscription to Personal Coaching at a whole lot less than 4% to 7% of your
gross sales -- for as little as $99 per session!
This is "PERSONAL" Coaching
This program does not
involve a teleconference that includes other people on the call. Nor is your
call limited to a predetermined time or day of the month. This involves
personal, one-on-one telephone consultation up to one hour per month at a day
and time you determine -- and can often be on the same day that you
subscribe. Your one hour can be used during one call, or broken up over several
calls. Evening or weekend coaching is often available, provided you notify
me
in advance. And you don't even pay long distance charges; you simply dial into
our toll-free number!
In addition to up to
one hour per month of direct one-on-one telephone coaching, the subscription
also entitles you to unlimited email coaching access with Gary Goranson
personally.
This is not a
"one-size-fits-all" program. The topics of discussion are predetermined by YOU
and YOUR specific needs at a given time throughout the coaching subscription
period.
Because this involves
one-on-one coaching by me personally, the number of active
subscribers is obviously limited. The checkboxes below identify the status of
coaching availability in real time. Current status will be indicated with

Available Only to Course Customers.
Since the House Cleaning Biz 101©
program covers all aspects of starting, expanding and managing a residential
cleaning business, most questions you might have are covered in CDs 1, 3 and
4 of the course. This option is designed for those customers who have
purchased the complete course and who might wish further coaching or
clarification on individual issues.
How to Subscribe
It's easy and cost efficient to subscribe to
this optional program. You can choose from three
different
subscription options: Per incident (up to 30
minutes) of telephone consulting; or,
three or six months of unlimited email support PLUS up to one hour per month
of one-on-one telephone coaching by calling my direct toll free
number at 800-634-1717 (international customers outside of Canada or the USA
call 001-561-732-2128 and long distance charges will apply). We
have found that the best use of telephone consulting time is to break the
hour per month up into weekly 15 minute calls in order to maintain constant
contact and rapid follow up after each prior discussion.
This program is only available to House
Cleaning Biz 101© complete course
customers ( includes CDs 1,2,3 and 4 or 1,2,3,4,and 5, or
1,2,3,4,5 and 6 ).
